This year, Burns Day coincides with Chinese New Year on 25th January – ‘The Year of the Rat’ (or 鼠鼠 Shǔ shǔ, which also means mouse). To celebrate both Chinese and Scottish cultures, our talented Red Rock Power team has proudly recited ‘To a Mouse’.
