Red Rock Power has chosen to support Cash for Kids’ ‘Mission Christmas’ campaign this year. Our £10,000 donation will fund enough gift bundles for approximately 600 children aged up to 18 years old. Some of our Edinburgh team have also kindly donated gifts to the cause.
Cash for Kids’ ‘Mission Christmas’ is a cherished, local charity set to provide presents for over 21,000 children in Edinburgh, the Lothians & Fife who, without charitable donations, wouldn’t have anything to open on Christmas morning.
CEO, Xiaomeng Chen, said: “The festive period should be a magical and joyful time for children to enjoy. Opening presents on Christmas morning is something they look forward to all year, and it saddens us to think about those who may not have any waiting for them under the tree. We hope our contribution has helped to bring a smile and some enjoyment this festive season.”
Some of the Edinburgh team visited Mission Christmas HQ at the Gyle to deliver presents and see the impressive operation Cash for Kids has in motion again this year.
